Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions to the named temple. Once a donation has been transferred to the temple it cannot be refunded. If you made a donation by mistake (for example a duplicate payment or wrong amount), contact us within 7 days and — provided the funds have not yet been transferred to the temple — we will refund the payment to your original payment method.

2. Puja & seva bookings

A puja or seva booking may be cancelled for a full refund any time before the ritual has been performed. Once the ritual has been performed in your name, the booking cannot be refunded. If a puja cannot be performed on the stated date for religious or practical reasons, it is performed on the next appropriate day; if you prefer, you may request a full refund instead.

3. Monthly support

Monthly supporter contributions can be stopped at any time; stopping takes effect from the next month. Amounts already contributed for past months are not refundable.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider, normally within 5–10 working days.

5. How to request a refund

Contact us with your name, contribution date and amount using the contact details on our About page, and we will respond within 3 working days.
