1. What we collect

When you donate or book a puja/seva we collect the details you provide: your name, location, contact details (email or WhatsApp number), the amount and purpose of your contribution, and — for pujas — your sankalpa details such as names and gotra. When you suggest a temple, we collect the details you submit in the form.

2. How we use it

We use your information to (a) process and record your contribution, (b) pass sankalpa details to the temple priest so the ritual can be performed in your name, (c) send you updates about the temple you supported, and (d) maintain the temple's book of donors where you have chosen to be named.

3. Payments

Online payments are processed by regulated payment providers (such as Razorpay or Stripe). Your card or bank details are handled by those providers and never stored on our servers.

4. What we share

We share sankalpa details with the temple priest, and — unless you choose to remain anonymous — your name and town may appear in the temple's public supporter list. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

5. Retention & security

Contribution records are kept as long as needed for accounting and for the temple's donor book. Data is stored on secured servers with access restricted to our small team.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to correct or delete your personal information, or to remove your name from the public supporter list, at any time using the contact details on our About page.

7. Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies (for example, to keep the admin area secure). We do not use advertising trackers.
